01. Data Ownership & Authority
The client hereby certifies, under penalty of perjury, that they are the sole legal owner of the genetic data (RAW file) provided for analysis, or that they possess explicit legal guardianship or Power of Attorney for the individual from whom the data originated. Lineage Reveal assumes no liability for data submitted without proper authorization.
02. Scope of Service
Lineage Reveal provides strictly historical, genealogical, and archeogenetic research services. Our algorithms are designed to identify ancestral lineages and historical migrations. **These reports carry no clinical, medical, or diagnostic validity.** We do not screen for diseases, health predispositions, or medical conditions. Our services are for research and entertainment purposes exclusively.
03. Zero-Retention Protocol
By using this service, you consent to the Zero-Retention Protocol. 48 hours after the delivery of your final report, all genetic records, RAW data files, and intermediate processing metadata associated with your session will be irrecoverably purged from our isolated processing environment. No backup copies are maintained. Once purged, data cannot be recovered.
04. Privacy & Encryption
All transmissions are protected via end-to-end encryption. Lineage Reveal does not sell, share, or monetize client data with third-party research institutions or government agencies. Your identity remains air-gapped from your genetic profile through our ephemeral tokenization system.
